Mary Star of the Sea

On September 14th, members of Knights of Columbus Mary Star of the Sea Council 511, Hampton, VA, presented a check for $250 to members of the Alpha Institute, a Sisters of Mercy Institution. The school was established in Kingston, Jamaica in 1880 as a safe place to live, learn and grow for homeless and at-risk youth. Members of the school were in Hampton to attend the Supernova SKA Music Festival at Ft. Monroe. Council members helped with parking vehicles during the festival.
